Job Description :-

• Process customer requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicates with customers through written correspondence
• Works with management to set daily priorities to ensure prompt and efficient service
• Identifies process improvements to improve efficiencies and streamline processes
• Meets individual productivity requirements
• Meeting and exceeding client defined service level metrics on timeliness and accuracy

Requirements :-

• BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA graduate from 2020 onwards can apply
• BE/B.Tech, BCA, MBA & MCA
• Fresher’s can also apply
• 0-12 months of experience will be considered for Junior Process Associate
• 1-3 years of experience in backend operations domain for Process Associate
