Post No. 1 to 4 :- (I) Master‟s level of an apparent University in Hindi with English as a fundamental or elective subject or as the method of evaluation at the degree level; or Master‟s level of an apparent University in English with Hindi as a required or elective subject or as the system of appraisal at the degree level; or Master‟s level of an apparent University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as an obligatory or elective subject or as the vehicle of an evaluation at the degree level; or Master‟s level of an apparent University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as an essential or elective subject or as the vehicle of evaluation at the degree level; or Master‟s Degree of an apparent University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or both of the two as a method of evaluation and the other as a required or elective subject at degree level (ii) Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English as well as the reverse way around or two years‟ experience of understanding work from Hindi to English as well as the opposite way around in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking.
Post No.5 :- (I) Master‟s level of an apparent University in Hindi with English as an essential or elective subject or as the system of evaluation at the degree level; or Master‟s level of an apparent University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the vehicle of appraisal at the degree level; or Master‟s level of an apparent University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a required or elective subject or as the method of an evaluation at the degree level; or Master‟s level of an apparent University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a fundamental or elective subject or as the method of appraisal at the degree level; or Master‟s Degree of an apparent University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as required or elective subjects or both of the two as a component of evaluation and the other as a mandatory or elective subject at degree level (ii) Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English as well as the opposite way around or three years‟ experience of understanding work from Hindi to English as well as the reverse way around in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking
